Enrollment: 615 students from grades Pre-Kindergarten – 12, including students from 87 zip codes in the state of New Jersey and 10 different countries. RPS families speak over 46 different languages at home and come from over 50 countries. Faculty: Rutgers Preparatory School has a teaching faculty of 105 with a student/faculty ratio of 7:1. Advanced Placement Courses: Rutgers Preparatory School offers over 20 Advanced Placement Courses. Athletics: The school fields 33 sports teams with approximately 80 percent of our students participating in some form of organized athletics on the Middle School, junior varsity, or varsity level. Arts: A broad arts program is offered with courses in visual arts, choral and instrumental music, and drama. Students participate in several performances each year.
Summer programs for international students and larger groups are available. STEAM and Virtual and Augmented Reality camps are available.
Educational partnerships in other countries allow Rutgers Prep to support a range of educational needs and programs through consulting and business partnerships. Also, our International Teacher Institute allows us to train teachers for partner programs on our campus each summer.
